Italian Job (Title Sequence)

I was looking at the opening credits to one of my favorite movies, The Italian Job, and I noticed that the opening titles weren't just quite up to par with the rest of the movie. That's when I started testing out rendering a 3D object to look 2D. That way we could achieve 3d translation in a 2D motion graphic. After discovering the cel renderer in cinema, I quickly fell in love with using 3D software for a 2D look. After a few long weeks of animating, I had a fine lookin title sequence.
